Kaos GL Association is looking for a colleague to work in the "Assistant Administrative Affairs Coordinator and Events Officer" position for full-time employment in the Refugee Rights Program, for monitoring/reporting and organizational activities.

Required Qualifications
- To graduate from a 4-year undergraduate program of universities; preferably having carried out studies and/or written a thesis in the field of LGBTI+ during graduate education and having a master's degree.
- To know concepts such as gender, gender identity, and sexual orientation in the field of LGBTI+ rights.
- Preferably have working experience in the LGBTI+ field.
- To have monitoring/reporting experience in the field of human rights, preferably LGBTI+ rights
- Have experience in reporting the work done
- To have advanced level English reading and writing proficiency (Candidates with a language proficiency document can submit the document in the CV attachment).
- Being open to cooperation and having a sense of responsibility sharing.
- To work in a transparent, accountable, and orderly manner.
- To be able to use MS Office Programs effectively. Preferably having the ability to use one of the qualitative data reporting programs such as NVivo, MAXQDA.
- Ability to adapt to flexible working hours when necessary
- Being able to travel outside the city and abroad when necessary.
- Not having any obstacles to reside in Ankara
About the job
- Keeping records of legal and psychosocial counseling provided within the scope of Kaos GL Refugee Rights Program, processing the counseling provided into the data system, creating and reporting statistics
- Monthly reporting of data
- Organizing the activities to be held within the scope of the Refugee Rights Program
- Entering all activities carried out by the Refugee Rights Program on behalf of Kaos GL into the Kaos GL monitoring system
- Preparation of information reports for the team on the activities of the Refugee Rights Program monthly
- Weekend training/organization etc. when necessary. participation in activities (not to exceed 40 hours per week)
- Participation in in-office coordination meetings held at regular intervals
