The program is open to participants aged 30 and over who live in Ankara, Istanbul, Zonguldak, Konya, Urfa, Eskişehir, and Kayseri, who are environmentally conscious and want to take action on ecological issues around them.
Anyone who says, "I am aware of the ecological problems in my city and want to take action for it," and believes that Turkey should set strong goals to combat the climate crisis, support campaigns for a net-zero emissions future, and create change can participate.

What's in the Program?
Participants will receive training on "Climate Issue: Crisis, Goals, Mechanisms, Solutions," and "Climate Campaigning & Advocacy" from Change.org. This session will take place online (via Zoom) on January 11 and will last for 2.5 hours. Additionally, a Legal Literacy Training will be organized based on the availability of historical participants.
Following the training in January, a meeting will be held with University Representatives who have joined the Change Ambassadors program. Roadmaps will be drawn for their initiated campaigns, and dissemination plans will be created. In March, the demands of these campaigns will be delivered to decision-makers.
At the end of the program, "City Observers" will develop the habit of identifying ecological problems in their city, raising awareness by holding meetings with formations such as the city council, and informing environmental organizations about regular Official Gazette and climate news tracking. Participants will maintain the title of City Observer by filling out Impact & Evaluation forms sent every 6 months.
Who Can Participate?
Anyone aged 30 and over who wants to make an impact on combating the climate crisis and ecological destruction for a carbon-free future, is sensitive to ecological issues in their city, and wants to take action can apply. Preferably, individuals who have volunteered in an NGO or organization in their city can participate.
The first pilot implementation of the program will consider gender balance and equal distribution by aligning with individuals living in the same city as University Representatives who have joined the Change Ambassadors program.
