Digital Solutions for Gender Equality Association – Femin UP has launched a mobile application within the framework of the Menstrual Circle Platform to strengthen access to sexual and reproductive health rights. The launch event for the application will be held in Izmir on Tuesday, 28 May 2024.
The Menstrual Circle mobile application focuses on the concept of "menstrual equity". It aims to reduce the inequality experienced by people with menstrual experiences by using game-based learning modules, sharing personal experiences, interactive data collection and visualisation techniques that focus on the user experience.
The promotional event for the mobile application will take place on Tuesday, 28 May 2024, World Menstrual Hygiene Day, between 13:00 and 16:00 at the Ontur Hotel in Izmir. It will be attended by representatives of the local government, civil society organisations working in the field of gender equality and representatives of the private sector.
