Founded in 2011 in Konya by a civil society worker, academician and social responsibility volunteer, the International Association for Migration and Solidarity is looking for volunteers for the Project Factory Team established to develop, write and manage national and international projects.
The Project Factory team aims to increase the capacities of young people in line with the working areas of UGDD, to produce innovative solutions to social problems and to develop projects that will have an international impact.
Who can apply?
- 16-29 years old,
- Has volunteering experience,
- Experienced in project writing or motivated in this field,
- High written and verbal communication skills,
- Prone to team work,
- Will be able to devote time to the duties and responsibilities of the team for at least one year,
- Responsible young people can apply.

During the programme, participants will have the opportunity to develop projects by receiving online and face-to-face trainings on topics such as project cycle management, budget planning, application to grant programmes, strategic planning and Erasmus+ projects.
