Applications from young people for the programme will be accepted between 6 May and 23 June. Between 8 July and 16 August, online interviews will be held specifically for young graduates to assess their potential.
Applicants accepted onto the programme will be announced in the 3rd week of August. The young people accepted into the programme will work full-time for 12 months with a salary in the selected CSOs and will also participate in the İlk Fırsat Akademi training.
Candidates who will apply for the First Chance Programme with the vision of Şevket Sabancı;
- They must graduate from a state university in June 2023 or later,
- Diploma grade must be at least 2.5 on a 4-point system / at least 65 points on a 100-point system,
Must not have previously worked full-time.
In addition, preference will be given in the evaluation of applications to young people who have volunteered in civil society organisations or associations.
