During the 2-day search conferences, to be held in Ankara, İzmir and Diyarbakır, the aim is to learn about the current state of cooperation between municipalities and youth organizations, to gather best practices on how to implement cooperation, to discuss the obstacles to cooperation and possible solutions.
Participants from surrounding provinces will be invited to each event, whose details are listed below.
20 representatives of youth organizations working in the province and surrounding cities where the search conferences are held and 20 municipal staff working directly with youth in the province and surrounding cities where the meeting is held will be invited to the meetings.
Applications will be evaluated to ensure a balanced distribution of participants in terms of age, gender, city, institution, and field of work. Details about transportation and accommodation will be provided through the email addresses of the invited participants.

In particular, representatives of communities applying are encouraged to have experience in youth ministry. A letter of invitation will be prepared by GoFor for participants who are required to attend the meeting. The meetings are open to all youth organizations, but preference will be given to applications from GoFor member organizations.
The cost of accommodation, transportation and break meals during the days of the event will be covered by GoFor. Accommodation will be provided in single rooms for participants who do not live in the city of the event. Transportation between cities will be by road. The cost of public transportation will be covered and is payable on the day of the event. The cost of cabs or private vehicles will not be covered. Accommodation will not be provided for participants from the city of the event and transportation costs within the city will be covered in the same way.
