Genç Hayat Foundation is looking for volunteer trainers for the "Genç Hayat Foundation Summer School" activities to be held in many different fields from science, art, artificial intelligence to sports with children and young people between the ages of 10-18 in community centres in Adıyaman and Hatay between 1 July and 30 August.
Required Qualifications
- Final year university student or graduate
- To reside or be able to reside in Adıyaman or Hatay
- Volunteer or professional experience in CSOs
- Work or volunteer experience in the field of adolescent and youth engagement
- Thinking that you have high organisational skills
- To commit to attend the Trainer Trainings to be organised before the Summer Schools
- Preferably knowing English
What is Trainer Training?
Volunteer trainers are required to participate in a training of trainers that will last at least one week before starting the summer school activities. In this training
- To be informed about the training programme and its contents
- Effective communication and group management skills will be developed
- The necessary technical and practical knowledge on working with children and young people will be provided
- Guidance on the use of educational materials and activity planning
