General Responsibilities

• Prepare the logical framework and monitoring and evaluation plans for the projects,
• Assist project teams in developing and using appropriate MEAL tools (surveys, forms, databases, data analysis software, online data collection platforms, indicator tracking systems, dashboards, etc.) for data collection, data analysis, and data visualization,
• Conduct data entry, data control, data analysis studies and preparation of project monitoring and evaluation reports, regular reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) for regular monitoring of project indicators,
• Communicate MEAL processes to appropriate institution personnel
• Ensure that data collection, storage and reporting processes are managed in accordance with the KVKK,
• Take active responsibility in learning, complaint and feedback processes,
• Perform other duties as the position may require (literature review, research proposal preparation, etc.),
• Participate in activities to be conducted on behalf of the institution as required for the operation of the unit, as well as project monitoring, evaluation, and reporting,
• Participate in activities to be performed on behalf of the institution necessary for the operation of the unit, as well as project monitoring and evaluation requirements.

Desired Features

• Degree in a related departments of universities (statistics, mathematics, sociology, anthropology, psychology, education, etc.),
• MS Office (advanced Excel), data visualization, data analysis tools (Power BI, Pivot Charts, Tableau, etc.),
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods and data collection tools,
• Advanced level of English language proficiency,
• Advanced knowledge of statistics,
• Preferably with experience in monitoring, evaluation and information management,
• Strong willingness to learn and problem solving skills,
• No travel restrictions,
• Flexible working hours, residency or ability to reside in Istanbul
