Established in the United States to support artists such as Andy Warhol, the Foundation supports the work done on behalf of visual arts. It provides funds to museums, artist organizations, institutions engaged in cultural and artistic studies.

About Application
The Foundation's grant program mainly supports organizations located in the USA. In special cases, it also supports non-USA organizations. Organizations applying from outside the USA should primarily send a short letter of intent describing the project for which they are seeking funding. The projects whose applications are accepted are informed and asked to complete the application process.
