Participants of the First Chance Program with Şevket Sabancı Vision are taking roles in departments such as "corporate communications, accounting, human resources, administrative affairs, procurement, resource development, information technologies," which also have equivalents in the private sector. The program, which supports young people in experiencing their first jobs, also contributes to CSOs by providing them with qualified young workforce and resource support.
Program application criteria:
• Carrying out activities for the benefit of society
• At least 5 full-time employees
• With a budget of at least 2,000,000 TL in 2023 (including HR budget)
• Providing a clear job description for the position they request
• Believing in Esas Sosyal's mission of equal opportunity in youth employment and adopting the principle of diversity, equality and inclusion in recruitment processes
• Providing on-the-job experience and personal development opportunities for participating young people
• All associations, foundations and their supreme organizations (federations, confederations, etc.) established at least 3 years ago in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey can apply for the First Chance Program with Şevket Sabancı Vision.
