Explicit Consent Statement

I accept, declare and undertake that,

• I have been informed and read and understood the Clarification Text on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Clarification Text”).
• I have given my personal data to Civil Society Development Center (Sivil Toplum Geliştirme Merkezi Derneği – “STGM”) of my own free will, without any influence. 
• I have given my explicit consent that my personal data can be processed by real and legal persons mentioned in the Clarification Text, transmitted to contracting authorities such as the European Commission and the Central Finance and Contracts Unit, and shared with travel agencies, cargo companies and research companies as necessary.
