The consultation meeting, which will present the main findings of the draft Regional Report for the Western Balkans and Turkey, will assess the situation of civil society in the Western Balkans and Turkey for 2023 under the EU Guidelines to Civil Society and compare it with the baseline assessment conducted for 2021.
