The EU Human Rights Short Film Competition and the EU Human Rights Film Days will meet cinema enthusiasts for the 13th time this year.

Organized by the Delegation of the European Union to Turkey every December in honor of Universal Human Rights Day, the film days will feature 26 European films that can be watched in theaters and online screenings.

The screenings will take place on December 7-10, 2023, at Ankara Kızılay Büyülü Fener Cinema, on December 14-17, 2023, at Istanbul Kadıköy Caddebostan Cultural Center, and from December 8 to 17, 2023, on the Festival Scope website.

All screenings will be open to the public and free of charge.
