The Şevket Sabancı Vision First Opportunity Program, which offers equal opportunities to young graduates from lesser-known state universities in their transition from school to work, will provide a first job opportunity in civil society organizations for 50 more young individuals in its 8th year.
Young individuals can apply to the job postings opened by 26 partner CSOs of the Program until June 18th. Between July 10th and August 18th, specially designed professional interviews evaluating the potential of the graduates will take place online. The accepted candidates for the Program will be announced in the third week of August. The young individuals who are part of the Program will work full-time with a salary in designated CSOs for a duration of 12 months and will also participate in the training provided by the First Opportunity Academy.
Applicants for the First Opportunity Program with the Şevket Sabancı Vision should:
- Have graduated from a state university in June 2022 or later.
- Have a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4-point scale or a minimum score of 65 on a 100-point scale.
- Not have previously worked full-time.
Additionally, during the application evaluation process, young individuals who have volunteered in civil society organizations or club activities will be given priority.
