Job Description
ELELE SUPPORT grant applications will close on November 15, 2021, and applications will be evaluated within the following 45 days.
The evaluation and selection stages of the project proposals submitted to the grant program will be as follows:
- Checking the administrative compliance of the applications,
- Evaluation of the project application form and its annexes,
- Checking the eligibility of the project, applicant, co-applicants, and associates for projects based on supporting documents submitted by the applicant.
Evaluators who will take part in the program are expected to have the following qualifications:
General professional experience:
- Having at least 10 years of Professional Experience,
- Having knowledge of project cycle management and/or project evaluation in administrative, financial, and technical matters,
- Being in the Call for Proposals evaluation process,
- It is preferable to have been in the implementation process of grant contracts or grant programs funded by the EU.
Specific professional experience:
Have experience in all of the following subjects and have at least 5 years of experience in one or more of them:
- Culture and Art Activities
- Institutional Capacity Building
- Grant programs implemented for Non-Governmental Organizations,
- Having worked in projects implemented for NGOs within the scope of EU financial aids (including grant projects, being an expert, trainer, etc.) is preferred.
- Legislative knowledge related to the field of experience is preferred.

Warning!: Independent evaluators must be individuals who have not participated in the preparation phase of the submitted project proposals or will not take part in the implementation phase. Independent evaluators will not be able to evaluate the applications of the NGOs of which they are members. Candidates should not have any organic ties with the Elele project consortium (Board member, Organization member, or situations that will create a conflict of interest, etc.).
