Judicial Packages: An Evaluation in Terms of Rights and Freedoms

TESEV Democratization Platform has published an Evaluation Report in Terms of Judicial Packages, Rights, and Freedoms.

Since 2011, the changes made in the judiciary through "bag laws" are examined under four main headings: freedom of thought and expression, personal freedom and security, fair trial, and execution.

While the report includes the items subject to change in the judicial packages, the problems related to the substances, the solution proposals brought by the packages, and the deficiencies and gains regarding this solution proposal, it is aimed to make the judicial packages a little more understandable and to respond to the public's need for information and discussion.
