What is the Monitoring Volunteer Program?
The Monitoring Volunteer Program is a 2-month training program consisting of synchronous and asynchronous trainings, with a total of 12 online trainings.
In the first part of the program, participants will receive trainings on Rights-Based, Research Methods, Monitoring and Rights-Based Monitoring, Reporting and Digital Tools Used in Monitoring Activities, and in the second part of the program, they will receive thematic trainings in different rights areas according to the areas they want to work in. In the last part of the program, the participants, who will be divided into 3 different thematic groups, will conduct a monitoring activity and publish 1 monitoring report accompanied by mentors.
The program consists of 3 phases.
In Phase 1, program participants will receive trainings on Rights-Based, Research Methods, Monitoring and Rights-Based Monitoring, Reporting and Digital Tools Used in Monitoring Activities,
In Phase 2, participants will be divided into 3 different groups and will receive trainings in the thematic areas they want to monitor,
In Phase 3, participants will carry out monitoring activities in 3 different thematic areas and publish 1 monitoring report with mentors.
**Program participants are expected to carry out monitoring activities with the Civil Society Research Association for at least 6 months and take an active role in the process of writing at least 2 monitoring reports during this period.
Monitoring Volunteer Program
- 18-30 years old
- Undergraduate/graduate student or undergraduate/graduate graduate in Social Sciences
- Has a rights-based approach
- Having carried out voluntary, professional work in at least one of the thematic areas of gender, migration, environment and youth,
- It will be open to applications from young people who are motivated to work on at least one of the thematic areas of gender, environment and youth.
