Within the program, sparks for the 2023-2024 academic year will receive a monthly scholarship of 2,500.00 TL for 12 months. They will also be included in the development program according to the schedule set at the beginning of the year. Special workshops and seminars focused on emotional and social development are designed for each spark group, along with support for participation in art activities, book gifts, magazine subscriptions, and various card memberships, contributing to the cultural and social development of the sparks. The "Peer Counseling System" for new sparks, where they receive guidance from experienced sparks, facilitates the adjustment process in the early years of university. Furthermore, sparks are encouraged to turn their interests into areas of impact and develop their social skills through various projects and programs of the Çelikel Education Foundation. They are also prepared to become more well-rounded individuals with "Professional Development Support," which includes internship opportunities before graduation and career counseling for professional work life.
What are the Application Conditions? How will the Application Process Proceed?
The basic requirement for application is to have gained admission to undergraduate programs at state universities in Istanbul within the 2023 YKS quotas or to fully funded undergraduate programs at private universities. Applicants who meet the application conditions and qualify for the pre-evaluation quota will be considered. Those deemed suitable in the preliminary evaluation will first be included in a personality inventory study. If they are found suitable, candidates will be invited to group interviews to be held at our Foundation's headquarters in Istanbul, followed by individual interviews, which will take place online (via the Microphone system) this year, if they are deemed suitable.
