As part of the Strengthening the Access of Disadvantaged Groups to Justice project, implemented by the Association for Monitoring for Equal Rights (ESHİD), the International Conference on Access to Justice, themed "Access to Justice for Disadvantaged Groups," will be held on October 22-23, 2022.
The main themes of the conference include the following;
- Equal Access to Justice and Discrimination,
- Rights violations experienced by disadvantaged groups in access to justice and solutions.
- Debates on Legal Capacity,
- The right to equal recognition and protection before the law,
- Evaluation of national and international legislation,
- Evaluate the impact of applications to national and international human rights mechanisms with regard to disadvantaged groups,
- Problems, proposed solutions and examples of best practices in access to justice for disadvantaged groups in Turkey,
- Legal Clinic method to strengthen access to justice and examples from around the world,
- The impact of technological developments on access to justice.
Details about the conference venue and program will be announced in the coming days. Participation and accommodation will be free of charge for the papers accepted after evaluation by the Scientific Committee.
The conference language will be Turkish and English, simultaneous translation will be provided.

- Deadline for abstract submission: August 1, 2022.
- Announcement of accepted papers: August 15, 2022.
- Deadline for submission of full papers: September 26, 2022.

- Abstracts of 500 words or less should be emailed to [email protected] by August 1, 2022, along with the printed application form on our website.
- Applications should include the author(s) first and last name, institution and title, and contact information.
- There is no registration fee for the conference.
