The Medical Search and Rescue Association (MEDAK), which aims to provide health services in disaster situations, has opened the HERA Digital Health application to CSOs and disaster victims working in the disaster area.
Application,
- Quickly share immediate and up-to-date information about the work of civil society organizations working in the disaster area with victims by sending notifications,
- Setting up subgroups on HERA, instant communication between CSOs and disaster victims via SMS and WhatsApp, sending mass messages,
- Sharing with users the exact location where CSOs are operating in the region, and informing users about the services offered,
- If the users are under a landslide, they can share their location and the outreach teams can access the location,
- The application allows CSOs to send surveys to identify the needs in the disaster area.
The application can be downloaded from Google Play and the App Store.
