The research team will be expected to conduct field data-gathering phase (survey, focus groups and interviews) and prepare a synthetic analytical document based on the gathered data. The final report will be subject to in-country consultations and validation to be conducted by EU TACSO 3 team and to which research team would be expected to participate. The expected start of the data-gathering is January 2021 with the synthetic document to be submitted end March/early April 2021. The research team/entity will need to ensure there is no duplication or overlap with any existing and similar exercise.
Interested research teams/entities should submit a technical and financial proposal responding to the specific elements defined in the Call bellow. CVs of experts/researcher (in EU format) that would conduct the work need to be submitted as part of the proposal.
