Details on the Project Coordinator:
- Full-time position working on projects implemented by the association.
- Tracking project announcements and informing the General Management Board about the issue.
- Complete project related transactions and close out the project in accordance with the objective.
- Preparing weekly/monthly/annual plans within the scope of the project and following up the progress, writing internal reports on the project, informing the relevant people in the association,
- Tracking financial matters of the project, conducting necessary research for procurement and submitting proposals to appropriate persons, informing association officials of developments regarding the project budget and preparing reports to be submitted to the grantor,
- Establishing and maintaining the necessary communication with all project stakeholders (related public entities, CSOs, project participants, beneficiaries),
- Ensuring and improving the functioning of the groups and networks to be formed under the project, informing relevant groups about the developments in the project,
- Organizing the events, workshops, meetings, etc. to be organized under the project, to do promotional activities in organizations; receiving and reporting the feedback about the events,
- Promote, announce, etc. about the project. Assist in content creation; collaborate with the responsible person in the organization,
- To be able to implement the project in accordance with all laws and procedures,
- Participate in capacity building activities, targeted strategy meetings inside and outside the association,
- To follow the work of the networks and platforms in which the Association participates and develop joint projects with the institutions in the respective networks/platforms,
- Preparing reports related to the project in accordance with the project legislation and the project plan,
- Regular reporting on project activities to the KA.DER General Board,
- Preparation of project proposals (national and international calls for grants).
Required main qualifications of candidates:
- Degree in a related departments of universities (sociology, psychology, international relations, political science, etc. Social Sciences),
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a volunteer or professional in civil society organizations,
- At least 3 years of experience in project implementation and reporting,
- Experience in writing, executing and reporting projects for international fund organizations,
- Advanced English reading, writing and speaking skills.
- Knowledge, awareness and practical experience in women's studies,
- Successful in dealing with people and inclined to work in a team,
- Possess effective presentation skills, strong representation and expression skills, and enjoy working in a team environment,
- Skills and experience in organizing events, conferences and meetings where high participation is expected,
- Disciplined in performing work in accordance with the procedures and requirements of fund institutions
- Ability to effectively use the internet and MS office programs,
- No travel restrictions,
- Residency in Istanbul is desirable.

- English reading, writing and speaking skills
- Successful in dealing with people and inclined to work in teams
- Confident in using Google, Drive and MS office programs
- Disciplined in performing work in accordance with fund institutions' procedures and requirements
- Experience with civil society and corporate social responsibility projects (preferred)
- Knowledge, awareness and practical experience in women's studies
- Residency in Istanbul is desirable.

Details on the Accounting Specialist:
- Daily Accounting,
- Tracking work, preparing records in the accounting program according to the unified chart of accounts and filing documents.
- Staff entry and exit procedures, creating and updating personnel files, tracking payroll, issuing statements
- Assist in the preparation of the necessary reports, financial statements and documents for the management and control of the budgetary and financial processes of the association
- Assist the Executive Director or relevant project team in the preparation of annual estimates, budgets and project budgets, tracking and reporting of incoming funds
- Making relevant communications to official institutions
- Preparing monthly financial reports
- Preparation and approval of monthly payment lists by authorities and follow up
- Follow-up, control and filing of payments and expenditures for each project.
Required Candidate Key Qualifications:
- Graduates in related fields of study from universities (business, administration, etc.)
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting
- English language skills at an intermediate level
- Able to use internet and office programs
- Successful in dealing with people, inclined to teamwork and disciplined in performing work in accordance with official procedures and communications.
