The Support Foundation for Civil Society Digital Transformation Fund has started accepting applications for the 2024 period. The fund supports civil society organisations in the creation and implementation of digital transformation plans. Informative workshops and meetings will be organised in the first two months of the 14-month funding programme, while CSOs will benefit from funding, mentoring and various talent development opportunities in the following 12 months.
It is expected that at least one of the following approaches will be included in the applications for the 2024 period:
- Institutional efficiency: Improving and/or organising the CSO's handling of information and data, data management, mapping, acquiring new software and adapting teams to these processes.
- Strengthening communication with stakeholders: Development of communication infrastructure, support for advocacy activities, digitalisation of programmes.
- Development of income-generating products/services: Donor interface, e-education programmes, donor-oriented information systems.
- Opening up data and infrastructures for sharing: Making the digital infrastructures and data used accessible to other CSOs.
Criteria for the application
- Associations, foundations, cooperatives and other non-profit organisations based in Turkey,
- Organisations that have been active in this field for at least one year
- Organisations with revenues between 40,000 TL and 4,000,000 TL in 2023,
- Organisations with experience and capacity in the field.
- The total amount of the grant distributed to CSOs under the Digital Transformation Fund is at least TL 1,684,000. The applicant CSO can apply for a maximum of TL 210,500 from the grant programme.
Organisations wishing to apply for the fund must complete the application form in full and submit it by 18:00 on 11 October 2024.
