While subcontracted labor continues to occupy an important place in Turkey's working life, the problems workers face in terms of social rights, job security and working conditions have been on the agenda for a long time.
This comprehensive report published by the All Public Employees Education Culture Social Assistance and Solidarity Association aims to address the main problems faced by subcontracted workers and to offer solutions. Supported by 2024 data, the report examines problems such as low wages, inequality of social rights and job insecurity in depth.
The Association believes that providing subcontracted workers with the conditions they deserve will not only improve the quality of life of individuals, but also contribute to social development and economic stability.
