You are a young person between 18and 30 years old and live in Hatay and Istanbul provinces;
- If you want to network with the young people in your city,
- If you want to implement projects that create social benefits for the needs of young people,
- If you say, "I also have a word in this city!", then this program is for you!
The program introduces local teams to start-up workshops, ALIKEV, and youth outreach. After the start-up workshops, the plan is for the youth to implement projects and activities for the issues they identify in their local community and support their attempts to be involved in the participation mechanisms.
The Dream Envoys will be supported with digital workshops on the topics that interest them in the project preparation (gender equality, human rights, youth rights, children's rights, right to the environment, right to the city).
DREAMS ENVOYS VOLUNTEER PROGRAM
By creating horizontal learning environments with peer-to-peer and non-formal education methods, young people;
- Develop extracurricular skills (communication, teamwork, crisis management, planning, research, organizational skills, etc.),
- Raise awareness of volunteerism,
- Raise awareness of basic rights for a just and non-violent world; and
- It is a volunteer program that aims to promote their participation in civil society.
HOW DOES THE APPLICATION EVALUATION PROCESS WORK?
Participation in this program is limited. Applications will be evaluated and participants will be selected according to the following priorities:
- Completing the application form in full,
- Motivation for applying is related to the Dream Ambassadors Program and ALIKEV's mission, vision and values,
- A statement of full participation in the program is expected between October and June.
Preference will be given to applications between the ages of 18 and 22.
Applicants are expected to attend regular meetings (at least 2 times per month), workshops and activities.
