What Diyarbakir Lacks In Local Services
The report prepared by Tigris Social Research Centre (DİTAM) comprehensively addresses the problems, deficiencies and solution suggestions in local services identified as a result of Focus Group meetings held with the participation of approximately 80 institutions and individuals. The report also presents findings on what has been lost in local services and recommendations aiming to produce sustainable solutions for urban problems.
