You may apply for this 4-month training designed to strengthen the internal communication processes of civil society organizations and their capacity to reach the public until Sunday, 23 November, at 23:59.
As a long-term training program, STOK 600 – Everyone Loves Communication aims to encourage civil society organizations to view communication not merely as a tool, but as a pathway to create change, strengthen solidarity, and increase social impact.
We designed this program to strengthen CSOs’ internal communication, participation, and trust-building skills, as well as their communication capacity to understand the public, stakeholders, and target audiences—helping them express themselves more visibly, meaningfully, and effectively.
Throughout the 4-month program, we will meet with organizations in a series of sessions designed to complement one another. This training series will support CSOs in communicating accurately, reliably, and through a hope-based approach during times of crisis; telling their stories effectively; building strong and sustainable relationships with their stakeholders and audiences; and increasing their visibility in the digital sphere.
The trainings will be held between December 2025 – March 2026, 3 days per month, totaling 12 days. Please note that if accepted, participation in all sessions is mandatory.
What will you learn?
In this program—designed to strengthen CSOs’ internal communication processes and capacity to reach the public—participants will:
- Deepen their knowledge and skills in topics such as basic communication and mass communication approaches, communication in emergencies and crises, technology and communication, civil society communication, and fundamentals of effective communication.
- Identify target groups and stakeholders; develop creative messaging; learn communication strategy development, hope-based communication, and advocacy campaign design through hands-on content.
- Learn digital listening, listening to civic space and target audiences, and experience listening practices in internal communication.
- Follow trends and digital agenda updates, enabling CSOs to better understand changing societal dynamics and deliver messages through appropriate channels.

The STOK 600 training program is open only to representatives of civil society organizations (associations, foundations, initiatives, unions, platforms, city councils, non-profit cooperatives, federations, confederations, etc.).
