The CSO Resource Center project, which aims to strengthen the organizations, increase their impact, support their existence, has completed its first year.
Funded by the European Union, CSO Resource Center that has been working for the aim of development of research, advocacy, monitoring capacities and empowerment of institutional, financial and administrative structures of civil society organizations in Turkey, is carrying out ‘Organizational Coaching Program’.
Developed by the Civil Society Development Centre to enhance the institutional capacity of local CSOs and supported by the European Union, TOGETHER: The Institutional Support Program for Local CSOs has designed a model that will provide a framework for the institutional capacity building of civil society organizations.
Developed by the Civil Society Development Center to improve the institutional capacity of local CSOs and with support of the European Union, the TOGETHER program was launched on 8 October 2018 at the Şinasi Stage in Ankara.
“BIRLIKTE: Local CSOs Institutional Support Program” is a new support tool for developing institutional capacities of local CSOs. It is designed by STGM as an output of almost 15 years hands-on experience on capacity development for CSOs, and entails a general operating grant scheme along with an institutional mentoring program.
80 representatives from 62 organizations participated in “No Constitution without Us” meeting held on December 17 by the Association of Civil Society Development Centre with support of the Olof Palme Centre. In the meeting, works to prepare a road map were performed so as to increase participation of non- governmental organizations in the process of civil constitution.
STGM carried out a needs-based training activity with the Association for Research and Development of Social Assistance and Solidarity in Dom Tribe Culture, the only Dom organization in Çukurova region and Antakya.
The representatives of the Civil Society Development Centre and No Constitution Without Us Platform had a meeting with the Constitutional Reconciliation Commission.
