Tha gap on the conceptualization of “justice” is mentioned in relation between child rights. Rıza Turmen, retired EHRC judge exaplifies the relationality with his different experiences. The main topics were on the subject is that to be trialed due to terror in the child age and the attitudes of presecutors and judges.
